Completion of long-term financing and realisation of the investment

We would like to inform you that after signing the agreement with OTP Banka on 31 July 2025, Goričane d.d. completed the final act of the long-term financing agreement in September, thus completing the multi-year effort to replace the preventive financial restructuring agreement (MRA) with a long-term loan from a commercial bank.

At the same time, this month, with the help of SID Banka, the company made a major investment in a vacuum system that will bring savings in energy and water consumption. The project is estimated to cost over EUR 1.6 million.
