General Meeting 2025

The General Meeting of the company took place on 31 July 2025.

The General Meeting was informed that the main shareholder of the company Goričane d.d., the company Papirus, d.o.o., together with its subsidiary Papigor, d.o.o., holds 99.59% of the company’s share capital, which is why the General Meeting passed a resolution on the exclusion of minority shareholders from the company. The shares of these shareholders will be transferred to the majority shareholder Papirus, d.o.o. in return for a cash settlement.

99.23 % of all shareholders with voting rights were present at the Annual General Meeting. All proposed resolutions were adopted.
